Magnetic Clipboard: The Long Long Short Drill/Game

This is the #1 drill for players in the 3.0 to 4.0 skill-level range.  A complete explanation is included.  The drill requires each team to focus on hitting a deep serve, a deep return of serve, and the third shot drop shot.  This coach’s aid allows the coach/instructor to keep a running score for each of the two teams as they focus on the three most important shots in pickleball.   This drill requires placing a line 5 feet from the baseline on both sides from sideline to sideline.  Yellow vinyl lines are recommended but duct tape or masking tape or cones or disks can be used.  Don’t underestimate the value of this game and drill!

NOTE:  The Coach’s Magnetic Boards are made of 20 gauge galvanized steel and the pawn magnets are neodymium based.  These boards will last a long time!
