Magnetic Clipboard: Partnership Assessment Criteria

This coach’s aid will help you assist your students or anyone asking for help in finding the best pickleball partner for them.  Fifteen criteria for a productive and effective doubles team are provided in checklist form.  When you are scouting a potential partner for yourself or a student, move the pawn magnet at the beginning of each desired characteristic into the box to check off the characteristics as observed.  This coach’s aid can be handed to anyone having questions about their partnership’s effectiveness and the partner/player asking for help can self-evaluate the partner or potential partner using the criteria presented to decide if they want to keep playing with their partner or end the partnership.

NOTE:  The Coach’s Magnetic Boards are made of 20 gauge galvanized steel and the pawn magnets are neodymium based.  These boards will last a long time!
